Next: Since I am socially inept and believe there are no subjects to talk about other than school, how about we take a closer look at my schedule?
Oh, sorry. I meant Newspaper. Ok, ok, so newspaper isn't really this bad. Our advisor is just crazy.
A2: Pyschology. The class where we get to call people retarded and not get in trouble. Which, by the way, is not why I like this class. It's actually really fascinating, and so far all we've talked about basically are nerves and the brain.
A3: Ballroom. It's shaping up to be a good year already. Especially since Trina and I cheated and already know some of the people that are in medley. :)
A4: Seminary. Need I say more?
B1: Statistics. We have possibly the second most nerdy teacher on the face of the planet (the only thing keeping him from Spot #1 is my AP Biology teacher, who I love dearly despite his overwhelming nerdiness :) ), although our teacher will have a contestant when his Physics student teacher becomes a certified teacher. Poor guy. Weirdly enough, I actually like statistics so far. Sure, having the football players that sit behind me snigger constantly at my poor foods crossword puzzle skills is no picnik, but so far the subject is pretty easy, and understanding stuff = muoy bueno (yes, I'm bilingual.)
B2: Orchestra. Not much to say there. I might not have to plan tour this year though, which is sweet. I am also greatly looking forward to our annual Space Center trip. It will be epic.
B3: Government/Citizenship. Did you know that John F Kennedy was Irish, and Catholic?
It's amazing that he was elected, because before that everyone hated Irish. And Catholics. Don't worry, if you didn't catch that this class period, you will next period. And the next. I must say, I am rather proud, because I kicked our first test's trash today. The only reason: I spent an hour last night with four highlighters and a stack of papers big enough to create my own rainforest. Thank you Deans.
B4: Foods. We make delicious foods. And we have a crazy teacher. What's not to like?
Hmm....maybe if I actually start posting more stuff, I'll figure out a good way to end one. Ha. That was a funny joke :)
I thought people stopped hating the Irish and the Catholic a long time before JFK was elected...
ReplyDeleteBut either way, thanks for being somebody who I can discuss history with nerdily (because whenever I discuss history, I do it "nerdily.")
Hahaha according to our teacher.....ehhh, maybe so. I'll have to pay attention in class next time :P
